Bookings and payment

A booking becomes tentative only after the client accepts an artist proposal. The complete production window is then held for 24 hours. Confirmation requires acceptance of these rules and 100% upfront payment. Unpaid holds expire automatically.

Performance windows

Standard bookings include one hour of preparation, one hour of performance and one hour of pack-up. Flex bookings include two preparation hours. Performance time is capped at three hours and includes a mandatory break when longer than one hour.

Cancellation and rescheduling

High season: 100% refund 14 or more days before, 50% at 7–13 days, and no refund inside 7 days. Normal season: 100% refund 10 or more days before, 50% at 5–9 days, and no refund inside 5 days. Mid-tier rescheduling returns 25%, subject to artist availability.

Production and conduct

Clients and artists must provide accurate event, venue, safety and technical information. Add-ons depend on lead time and approval. Stayge may place unsafe, fraudulent or disputed bookings under manual review.
