Progressive data collection

Clients can browse without an account. We collect country during search, event and venue details during a request, contact details when the request is submitted, and billing details only at payment. Artists provide full operational profiles.

How information is used

Information supports availability, proposals, payments, event coordination, safety, payouts, reviews and support. Artists receive the event brief but not Stayge’s pricing guidance. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Stayge.

Storage and access

Operational records are access-controlled by role. Media and rider files use private object storage. Administrative actions, payment callbacks and booking state changes are recorded for reliability and dispute handling.

Your choices

WhatsApp notifications are optional. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting Stayge operations. Financial and booking records may be retained where legally required.
